Terms of Service
1. The Service
PicturePerfect.ie (pictureperfect.ie) is a photography and videography marketplace operated by Conjora Limited, registered in Ireland. We connect clients with verified photography and videography professionals. We are a platform — we do not directly provide photography services and are not party to contracts between clients and photographers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PicturePerfect.ie. Professionals listing services must be operating legitimately within Ireland or Northern Ireland and hold appropriate insurance and any required certifications (e.g. IAA drone licences where applicable).
3. Client Terms
Submitting an enquiry is free and does not create a contractual obligation. Contracts for photography services are formed directly between the client and the photographer — PicturePerfect.ie is not a party to such contracts. PicturePerfect.ie is not responsible for the conduct, quality of work, or any disputes arising from bookings made through the platform.
4. Professional Listing Terms
Professionals applying to list on PicturePerfect.ie agree that:
- All information submitted (portfolio, bio, pricing, credentials) is accurate and up to date.
- Misleading listings, fake reviews, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate permanent removal.
- IAA-licensed claims for drone operators must be genuine and current.
- Portfolio images must be your own original work — submitting others' work constitutes grounds for removal and potential legal action.
- We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Professional listings are available on Free, Pro (€29/month), and Elite (€79/month) plans. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the remaining period. No refunds are issued for partial months except where required by Irish consumer law.
6. Platform Rules
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to circumvent our platform by directing clients to contact you outside PicturePerfect.ie before an initial connection is made.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage the platform.
- Scrape, copy, or republish directory data without written permission.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The PicturePerfect.ie platform, branding, and original content are owned by Conjora Limited. Photographers retain full ownership of images uploaded to their profiles. By uploading images, you grant PicturePerfect.ie a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform and in promotional materials related to your listing. This licence ends when you remove the images or close your account.
8. Reviews
Reviews submitted by clients must be honest accounts of genuine experiences. PicturePerfect.ie may remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or appear to be fraudulent. Photographers may report reviews they believe violate this policy for investigation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
PicturePerfect.ie provides the platform "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are 100% accurate at all times. We do not vet or guarantee the quality of any photographer's work. Clients should conduct their own due diligence before booking.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Conjora Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of business, profits, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to PicturePerfect.ie in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
