Is the free listing really free?
Yes, and it stays free. A full profile, your portfolio, and enquiries straight to your inbox cost nothing. No card, no trial that quietly turns into a bill.
What does Pro actually change?
Placement. Your listing sits above every free listing in search results, at the top of your county and category pages, and in the featured slot on the homepage — the places clients actually look. You also get the Pro badge, and room for 40 portfolio images instead of 10.
Are there booking fees or commission?
Never. We do not take a cut of any booking you make through PicturePerfect.ie — on the free plan or on Pro. You keep 100% of every job.
How quickly will my profile go live?
We review every listing within 24–48 hours to keep the directory worth searching. You get a confirmation email the moment it is approved.
Do I need a listing before I can buy Pro?
Yes. Pro promotes a live listing, so there is nothing for it to do without one. List free, wait for approval, then upgrade using the same email address.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Pro runs for the year you have paid for and then stops unless you renew — your listing stays live and free either way. To remove the listing entirely, email hello@pictureperfect.ie and it is gone within 24 hours. No lock-in.
