What are the advantages of the free photos scanning service? For starters - it's free! If you don't like the results - you haven't lost out. You don't have to spend hours sorting through the photos that are the most important to you because it wont cost extra to send them all. |

What can I do with my photos once they are online?

So, how do I get free scanning? It's very simple. Just pack up your photos safely (for free scanning your photos must be loose, in good condition and under A4 in size). See our section on Keeping Them Safe for more advice on how to pack your photos. Send them on to us by post or courier to 23 Churchfields, Shrule, Co. Galway. Print out an Address Lable here. Just remember to include your name, email address and telephone number and any Premium Scanning Service requirements. |

All my photos are in albums. Do I need to take them out? If you want we can scan from your albums as part of our Premium Scanning Service. If you want the free service, you'll have to remove them I'm afraid. |

Do I need to sort my photos into order before posting? No need. It'll be a whole lot easier once the photos are online to sort them into categories or by date. If there are some photos that you a separate service for however, be sure to separate these for easy identification at our end. |

Will you let me know when my photos arrive? Yes. We'll contact you to confirm that they have arrived. |

When will I be able to see my photos online? Usually within 3-5 days we will send you an email instructing you how to view your new gallery. |

When will I get my photos back? We will endeavor to send your photos out the day after they are available online. |

I don't live in Ireland. Can I use your service? No problem. Just send your photos to our address in the same way. It may take a little longer because of postage but you will still be able to purchase product from your prints within a few days. |

Will my photos be safe online? Yes. Your photo collection will be hosted on multiple secure servers and access can be controlled by only sharing the links to your album with those you trust. Full password protection is available on request. |

What products can I turn my photos into on my online photo album?

Will I be able to crop, zoom, rotate, arrange and preview my products before purchase? Different products use different ratio images or require different resolutions. Also, peoples old photos are seldom uniform or standard. Most of all, we want people to have their purchase just the way they want it. So most of our products will allow you to choose cropping, rotate, arrange or position your image on the product and preview it before purchase. Image zooming will be limited to maintain the level of quality required. Check out our Video Tutorials on the subject. |

Can I enlarge my photos? |

Can I get a digital copy of my image to store on my computer or laptop? Yes. Through your online album you can purchase a full resolution copy of as few or as many of your images as you wish to use as you wish. |
